1. Registration
Register by dialing *140# from your Hala or Shahry mobile phone and follow the onscreen instructions to enter your QID Number then accept the Terms and Conditions. Finally, create your secured 6-digit mPIN.
2. Add a Beneficiary
- Dial *140# on your Ooredoo mobile.
- Reply with your 6-digit mPIN number to access OMM Menu.
- Reply with 2 to select Transfers International Option.
- Reply with 1 to select Add New (Beneficiary) Option.
- Reply with 1 to select MoneyGram option to transfer money.
- Reply with 1 to select the Mobile Number Option. You may also select Location option with 2.
- Reply with Mobile Number with ISD Code.
- Reply with 1 to Confirm Country.
- Reply with 1 to Confirm Delivery Option.
- Reply with 1 to Confirm Currency.
- Reply with Recipient's First Name, e.g. KARAN.
- Reply with Recipient's Middle Name, e.g. KARAN. Enter a space if no middle name.
- Reply with Recipient's Last Name, e.g. SHUVRA.
- Reply with Recipient's Alias. E.g. Mom, Dad or just the first name. this will appear in the menu.
- Reply with 1 to Confirm Recipient.
Once the beneficiary and the transactions details are added, please follow the simple menu as explained below to send money.
3. Send money to your beneficiary
- Dial *140# on your Ooredoo mobile.
- Reply with your 6-digit mPIN number to access the OMM Menu.
- Choose option 2 - Transfers International. If you are sending money for the first time, accept MoneyGram terms and conditions by choosing option 1. Accept to continue.
- Choose the name from the list (Enter the number that the name is next to and press send).
- If sending for the first time, choose option 1. Accept to continue. (This is only necessary once for the initial send.)
- Enter the amount of money (QR) that you want to send then confirm this amount.
- Once you confirm the amount you will receive a MoneyGram 8-digit reference number by SMS.

2 Important: Your name on the transfer record must exactly match your name as it appears on your ID. If they do not match you be delayed or unable to pick up your funds.
